Placing an order on Hordanso is straightforward. Here is how to do it from start to finish.
Step 1: Choose Your Product
From hordanso.net, navigate to the product you want using the top menu:
- Web Hosting → hordanso.net/web-hosting
- WordPress Hosting → hordanso.net/wordpress-hosting
- VPS Hosting → hordanso.net/vps-hosting
- n8n VPS → hordanso.net/n8n-vps
- Domain Registration → hordanso.net/domain
- WhatsApp AI → hordanso.net/whatsapp-ai
- Business Email → hordanso.net/business-email
Step 2: Select a Plan
On each product page, compare the available plans. Click Order Now next to the plan that fits your needs. You will be taken to the Hordanso client portal (clients.hordanso.net) to configure your order.
Step 3: Configure Your Order
Depending on the product, you may be asked to:
- Choose a billing cycle (Monthly or Annual — annual plans are cheaper)
- Enter a domain name (for hosting plans that include a free domain)
- Select add-ons if applicable
Step 4: Review Your Cart
Click View Cart to see your order summary. Verify the plan, billing cycle, and price before proceeding.
Step 5: Apply a Promo Code (if you have one)
If you have a promo code, enter it in the Promo Code field and click Apply. The discount will be applied to your order total.
Step 6: Check Out and Pay
- Click Checkout.
- If not logged in, log in or create an account.
- Review your billing details and order summary.
- Choose your payment method: card (Visa/Mastercard), bank transfer, or Paystack.
- Complete the payment.
Step 7: Service Activation
Most services activate automatically within a few minutes after payment. You will receive an email with your service details (cPanel login, credentials, etc.). For custom services like WhatsApp AI or Marketing Suite, our team will contact you within 24 hours to complete setup.
Note: If your service is not activated within 2 hours of payment, open a support ticket or contact us via WhatsApp.
