After your hosting order is activated, you need your login credentials to access cPanel, webmail, FTP, and other tools. Here is where to find them.
Method 1: Check Your Email
Hordanso automatically sends a Welcome Email to your registered email address as soon as your hosting is activated. This email contains:
- Your cPanel username
- Your cPanel password (initial)
- The cPanel login URL (e.g., yourdomain.com:2083 or the server IP)
- Your server IP address
- Nameserver information (e.g., ns1.hordanso.net, ns2.hordanso.net)
Note: If you cannot find the welcome email, check your Spam or Junk folder. Search for 'Hordanso' or 'cPanel' in your inbox.
Method 2: Client Portal
- Log in to clients.hordanso.net.
- Click Services in the top menu.
- Click My Services.
- Find your hosting plan and click Manage (or the product name).
- On the product details page, you will see your:
- Domain / Primary Domain
- Server IP Address
- Username
- A Login to cPanel button (one-click login)
Resetting Your cPanel Password
If you need to change your cPanel password:
- Go to your product in the client portal (Services > My Services > Manage).
- Click Change Password.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Click Save. The change takes effect immediately.
Important: Do not share your cPanel password with anyone. If you suspect your account is compromised, change your password immediately and open a support ticket.
