When you need help from the Hordanso support team, the best way is to open a support ticket in your client portal. Tickets are tracked and responded to by our technical team, usually within a few hours.
How to Open a Ticket
- Log in at clients.hordanso.net.
- Click Support in the top navigation menu.
- Click Submit Ticket.
- Choose the correct department:
- Technical Support — for hosting, domain, cPanel, SSL, email, and VPS issues
- Billing & Accounts — for invoice queries, payment issues, upgrades, and cancellations
- Sales — for pre-sale questions and product enquiries
- Enter a clear Subject line (e.g., 'cPanel login not working for yourdomain.com').
- In the Message field, describe your issue in detail. Include:
- Your domain name or service name
- What you were trying to do
- What error message you saw (copy and paste it if possible)
- Steps you have already tried
- Attach any relevant screenshots using the file attachment button.
- Click Submit Ticket.
- You will receive a ticket confirmation number by email. Keep this for reference.
