How to Access cPanel

cPanel is the control panel for your Hordanso shared hosting account. It is where you manage your website files, databases, email accounts, SSL, and more.

Method 1: One-Click Login from the Client Portal (Recommended)

  1. Log in at clients.hordanso.net.
  2. Click Services > My Services.
  3. Click the name of your hosting plan or click Manage.
  4. On the product page, click the Login to cPanel button. You will be logged in automatically without needing to enter your cPanel username and password.

Method 2: Direct URL Access

You can access cPanel directly in your browser using either of these URL formats:

  • com:2083 — replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain
  • https://[Server-IP]:2083 — replace [Server-IP] with your hosting server IP

On the cPanel login page, enter your cPanel username and password (found in your welcome email or the client portal).

Method 3: /cpanel Shortcut

Navigate to yourdomain.com/cpanel in your browser. This redirect works on most Hordanso shared hosting accounts.

What Port Does cPanel Use?

  • cPanel (HTTP): Port 2082
  • cPanel (HTTPS): Port 2083 — always use HTTPS
  • WHM (Admin): Port 2086/2087 — not available on shared hosting

Note: If you are on a network that blocks port 2083 (e.g., some corporate networks), use Method 1 (client portal one-click login) instead.

Locked Out of cPanel?

If you cannot log in, you may have entered the wrong password too many times and your IP is temporarily blocked. Contact support via WhatsApp or open a ticket to unblock your IP.
