How to Submit New FAQs or Updates
- Prepare your FAQ updates in a document or spreadsheet (Word, Google Docs, or Excel).
- Format each entry as a clear Question and Answer pair (see the template below).
- Submit via either method:
- Open a support ticket at clients.hordanso.net and attach your FAQ document
- Send the FAQ document via WhatsApp to +(234) 707 542 1523
- Hordanso will update your AI configuration within 24 hours and confirm when done.
FAQ Format Template
Use this format for each FAQ entry:
- Question: What are your delivery charges?
- Answer: Delivery is free within Lagos for orders above ₦10,000. For other states, delivery costs ₦2,500 and takes 2–5 business days.
- Question: Do you accept bank transfer payment?
- Answer: Yes! Our account details are: Bank: GTBank, Account Name: Bright Ventures Ltd, Account Number: 0123456789. Send us proof of payment via WhatsApp after paying.
Tips for Writing Good FAQs
- Write in simple, clear language — the same way your customers speak
- Include alternative ways the question might be asked (the AI can recognise variations)
- Be specific with prices, addresses, and contact details — vague answers frustrate customers
- Update FAQs whenever your prices, policies, or products change
- Add FAQs for your most common customer complaints or misunderstandings

- Business overview (what you do and who you serve)
- Products or services with prices
- Location, opening hours, and contact details
- Delivery, shipping, or service area information
- Payment methods accepted
- Return and refund policy
- Common complaints and how you handle them
