How to Access Webmail (Roundcube)

Webmail lets you access your business email through a web browser without configuring an email app. It works from any device anywhere in the world.

How to Log In to Webmail

Method 1: Via your domain URL

  1. Open your browser.
  2. Type yourdomain.com/webmail and press Enter (replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain).
  3. You will be taken to the webmail login page.
  4. Enter your full email address (e.g., [email protected]) as the username.
  5. Enter your email password.
  6. Click Log In.

Method 2: Via the server URL

If your domain is not yet working or still propagating, use the direct server URL:

https://[your-server-IP]:2096

Enter your full email address and password.

Method 3: Via cPanel

  1. Log in to cPanel.
  2. In the Email section, click Email Accounts.
  3. Find the email account and click Check Email.
  4. Select Roundcube from the options.

Webmail Client Options

Hordanso cPanel offers three webmail clients:

  • Roundcube — modern, clean interface; recommended for most users
  • Horde — older interface with additional features like tasks and contacts
  • SquirrelMail — very basic; for low-bandwidth connections

Tip: Roundcube is recommended. If you are using a mobile browser, Roundcube is the most mobile-friendly option.

Setting Up an Auto-Reply (Out of Office)

  1. In Roundcube, click Settings (gear icon).
  2. Go to Responses or Filters.
  3. Create a new auto-reply message and set your dates.

Alternatively, set up auto-replies in cPanel > Email > Autoresponders.
