Accepted Payment Methods at Hordanso

Here is a complete list of all the payment methods Hordanso accepts, for both Nigerian and international customers.

Nigeria (NGN Payments)

Paystack — Debit Card

  • Accepted cards: Verve, Visa, Mastercard (all Nigerian bank-issued cards)
  • How to pay: click Pay Now on your invoice, select Paystack, choose Card, enter card details
  • 3D Secure (OTP authentication) is required for most transactions

Paystack — Bank Transfer

  • A unique one-time bank account number is generated for each transaction
  • Transfer the exact amount from your bank app or USSD
  • Payment is confirmed automatically within seconds

USSD Payment via Paystack

  • Dial *737# (GTBank), *901# (Access), or *822# (Stanbic) and follow prompts to pay without an internet connection

Direct Bank Transfer (Manual)

  • For customers who prefer to pay directly to our bank account
  • Contact support for current bank account details
  • Send proof of payment (screenshot) via WhatsApp +(234) 707 542 1523 or support ticket
  • Manual bank transfers may take up to 1 business day to process

International (USD Payments)

  • International Visa/Mastercard/Amex credit or debit cards — via Stripe or Paystack international
  • PayPal — contact support to request a PayPal payment link
  • Wire Transfer — available for large orders; contact sales team

Billing Currency

  • Nigerian customers: billed in Naira (NGN)
  • US/International customers: billed in USD
  • USD-priced products purchased in Nigeria: converted to Naira at the current rate shown in the portal

Payment Security

All card payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Paystack, Stripe). Hordanso does not store your card details on our servers.

Refunds

Refunds are processed in the same currency used for the original payment, minus any applicable gateway fees. See Hordanso's Refund Policy (BIL-06) for details on eligible products.
