Understanding Hordanso's Refund Policy

Hordanso's refund policy varies by product type. This article explains what is and is not eligible for a refund.

1. Shared Hosting and Reseller Plans — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are unhappy with your shared hosting for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first purchase.

  • Eligible: first-time orders only
  • Not eligible: renewals or plan upgrades
  • Timeline: submit your request within 30 days of purchase

2. VPS and Dedicated Servers — Non-Refundable

VPS and dedicated server products are provisioned immediately and are non-refundable once the service has been activated. Please ensure you choose the right plan before purchasing.

3. Domain Registrations — Non-Refundable

Domain registrations are final and cannot be refunded. This is because Hordanso pays the domain registry immediately upon registration, and these costs cannot be recovered.

4. SSL Certificates — Conditional Refund

SSL certificate refunds may be issued only if the certificate has not yet been issued or activated. This is subject to the policies of the certificate authority (DigiCert).

5. GoHighLevel Marketing Suite — Non-Refundable

GoHighLevel Suite access and sub-account services are non-refundable once activated, regardless of usage level.

6. WhatsApp AI and n8n VPS — Non-Refundable

These are service-based products that require setup time and dedicated resources. They are non-refundable once configured and activated.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to clients.hordanso.net.
  2. Go to Support > Submit Ticket.
  3. Select the Billing & Accounts department.
  4. In your ticket, include your invoice number, the product you want a refund for, and the reason.
  5. Our billing team will review and process your request within 7 business days.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment (NGN or USD)
  • Gateway fees may be deducted from the refund amount
  • Processing time: 3–7 business days after approval
