Your Hordanso client portal (clients.hordanso.net) is where you manage all your services, pay invoices, open support tickets, and access your hosting products.
How to Log In
- Go to clients.hordanso.net in your browser.
- Click the Login button at the top right.
- Enter your registered Email Address.
- Enter your Password.
- Click Login. You will be taken to your dashboard.
Forgot Your Password?
- On the login page, click Forgot Password.
- Enter the email address you registered with.
- Click Submit. A password reset link will be sent to your email.
- Open the email from Hordanso and click the reset link.
- Enter and confirm your new password, then click Save.
- Log in again with your new password.
Note: Password reset links expire after 24 hours. If yours has expired, repeat the process to get a new link.
Can't Log In? Common Fixes
- Wrong email — make sure you are using the email address you registered with, not a different one
- Caps Lock is on — passwords are case-sensitive
- Account not verified — check your inbox for the original verification email and click the link
- Too many failed attempts — wait 15 minutes then try again, or reset your password
Tip: Bookmark clients.hordanso.net so you can find the portal quickly. You can also save your login in your browser's password manager.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
If you have enabled 2FA on your account, you will be prompted for a verification code after entering your password. Open your authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator) and enter the 6-digit code.
