Need more resources? Outgrown your current plan? You can change your hosting plan at any time from the client portal.
How to Upgrade Your Hosting Plan
- Log in to clients.hordanso.net.
- Click Services > My Services.
- Find the hosting plan you want to change and click Manage.
- Click the Upgrade/Downgrade button.
- Browse the available plans and click Upgrade next to the one you want.
- Review the Upgrade Summary page. For upgrades, you will see a prorated charge — the cost of the difference between your current plan and the new plan for the remaining billing period.
- Click Confirm Order.
- Complete payment for the prorated amount.
Your hosting account will be upgraded immediately after payment.
How to Downgrade Your Hosting Plan
Downgrading follows the same steps as upgrading (via Upgrade/Downgrade button). However:
- Downgrades do not apply immediately — they take effect at your next renewal date
- You will not receive a refund for the difference on your current billing period
- Before downgrading, make sure your data fits within the lower plan's storage limits. For example, if you are on the Developer plan (80 GB) with 50 GB of data, you cannot downgrade to Pro (40 GB) without first reducing your storage usage

From Pro to Developer
- Storage increases to 80 GB SSD
- You can host up to 10 domains (1 primary + 9 addons)
- js and Python app support is added
- JetBackup daily backups included
