Once you log in at clients.hordanso.net, you will see your client dashboard. Here is what each section means and how to use it.
Dashboard Overview
Top Navigation Bar
- Home — takes you back to your dashboard at any time
- Services — view and manage all your active hosting, VPS, and automation products
- Domains — manage your registered domains, DNS, and nameservers
- Billing — view invoices, make payments, and see your payment history
- Support — open support tickets, view the knowledgebase, and check announcements
- Account — update your profile, change your password, and manage 2FA
Dashboard Summary Cards
The main dashboard shows you at a glance:
- Active Services — number of hosting/VPS/domain services currently running
- Domains — how many domains you own
- Unpaid Invoices — any outstanding amounts due
- Open Tickets — support requests awaiting a reply
How to Access Your Hosting (cPanel)
- Click Services in the top menu.
- Click on My Services.
- Find your hosting plan and click Manage.
- On the product detail page, click the Login to cPanel button.
How to View and Pay an Invoice
- Click Billing in the top menu.
- Click My Invoices.
- Find the invoice and click View Invoice.
- Click Pay Now and choose your payment method (card, bank transfer, etc.).
How to Open a Support Ticket
- Click Support in the top menu.
- Click Submit Ticket.
- Select the appropriate department (Technical Support, Billing, etc.).
- Fill in the subject and your message, then click Submit.
